Each dish is hand cooked in small batches by our award winning chefs in our SALSA accredited production kitchen. We then blast freeze to lock in the taste & goodness with absolutely NO additives or preservatives.
Our meals can be heated from frozen in the oven or microwave giving customers a tasty restaurant quality meal in no time at all.
