Best result oven cooked from frozen.
Oven: Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and pierce film, add 2 to 3 table spoons of water, Place on baking tray in the centre of the oven. Fan 170c / Electric 190c / Gas 5 for 25-30min. Allow stand for 2 minutes. Ensure the food is piping hot.
Microwave: Remove sleeve, pierce film, place on a microwaveable plate. cook on full 850W, 3min > stir & recover > 2 minutes. Allow stand for 2 minutes. Ensure the food is hot.
Caution: Steam may be released when removing the film.
