A Hyderabad speciality dish. 18 hours marinated chicken breast with basmati rice, browned onions, herbs, ground spices and saffron cooked for 4 hours on a slow heat.
Best enjoyed with Rice or Nan.
Ingredients: chicken breast (37.5%), basmati rice boiled(50%),water, chopped onions, chilli powder, garam masala powder, bay leaves, star anise, salt, ginger and garlic paste, rapeseed oil, cumin, garam masala, madras curry powder, fried onions, wheat flour (gluten).
Madras curry Powder: coriander, turmeric, chilli, mustard, peppers, fenugreek, garlic, salt, fennel.
Garam masala powder: coriander, cinnamon, cloves, cumin, fennel, black pepper, nutmeg.

Best result oven cooked from frozen.
Oven: Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and pierce film, Place on baking tray in the centre of the oven. Fan 170c / Electric 190c / Gas 5 for 40-45min. Allow stand for 2 minutes. Ensure the food is piping hot.
Microwave: Remove sleeve, pierce film, place on a microwaveable plate. cook on full 850W, 4min > stir & recover > 3minutes. Allow stand for 2 minutes. Ensure the food is hot.
Caution: Steam may be released when removing the film.
